Meet Liz

National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach 

Thank you for visiting my website! I am a Health & Wellness Coach, certified by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching, specializing in helping those with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) navigate their wellness journey. I have been been coaching newly-diagnosed MS participants of a pilot program that was launched by the National MS Society in 2023. Whether help is needed with stress management, exercise goals, diet change or simply getting started with medical professionals' recommendations for care, I am along for the ride, helping wherever help is needed. Together, we work on clarifying personal experiences with MS and optimizing well-being so you can feel supported and at your best. My number one rule: you call the shots. My job is to listen and reflect, providing clarity, resources and support wherever necessary. Through one-on-one sessions, we talk about anything and everything that will help you feel heard. I have been achieving my goals, moving more, taking better care of myself and attending to my health in new and better ways. I've lost weight and increased my levels of fitness and flexibility. I look forward to me weekly meetings and use it as motivation to keep working toward my goals throughout the week.
