What is Health & Wellness Coaching?
Health & Wellness Coaching is a partnership between coach and client where the client is in charge of their unique path to a higher level of wellness and the coach is there to serve in any way that aligns with a client's vision and values. You are my focus and together we will create a vision that is meaningful and goal-oriented. When you reach the coveted "a-ha" moment, we will celebrate your movement toward autonomy and behaviors which result in powerful change. Every person with MS lives a unique experience so we will always honor what feels actionable and attainable for you. This is my approach:
Step 1: Getting to Know You
We will build a relationship throughout the entire course of coaching but the first session will be all about Coach Liz getting to know you and your MS experience.
Step 2: Build a Vision
We will talk about where you are and where you see your future self. This is where your "Why?" comes in. We revisit this often.
Step 3: Getting Down to Business
We will work together to come up with a realistic plan for your health and wellness goals so you can feel successful and learn about what works for you, building confidence and a sense of empowerment..
Step 4: Breathe and Reflect
We will do this a lot, then we will do it some more.
Step 5: Revamp and Rest
Sometimes the best goals and habits don't happen right away and need tweaking. We will always talk about what works, what doesn't work, and the best way to move forward. Sometimes days or weeks are off. We'll address that and make self-care a priority.
Step 6: Celebrate!
All goals need a celebratory moment. We'll make sure you get to congratulate yourself for your hard work and commitment.
We will start our coaching relationship with a complimentary consultation call so you can learn more about the program and if it's right for you. All sessions can be held virtually or in person. You can choose between any of the plans listed below. Want to start with Plan 1 and see how it goes? Sure-why not! Every plan includes a follow-up call after we have completed all sessions so we can talk about how you're doing. Did you know you can use HSA/FSA accounts to pay for health coaching? When we have our initial complimentary consultation I will explain how that works.

Plan 1
8 sessions + post-program follow-up call ~ $600
For the first 4 sessions, we will meet once a week and move to every other week for the remaining 4 sessions.
Plan 2
12 sessions + post-program follow-up call ~ $850
For the first 4 sessions, we will meet once a week and move to every other week for the remaining 8 sessions.
Plan 3
16 sessions + post-program follow-up call ~ $1,125
For the first 4 sessions, we will meet once a week and move to every other week for the remaining 12 sessions.
